Philosophy:

  • The secret that great companies have realized is that business is really about people, not money, and that their success increasingly relies on a deeper understanding of their customers.

Experience:

  • Strategy, research and design, with a focus on product assessment, roadmapping and development. Uses any appropriate tool available, but usually starts with a whiteboard and a cup of coffee.

Community Service:

  • Served as the Community Manager, Vice President, and then the President of the Connecticut User Experience Professionals Association. Also serves as an advisor to area nonprofits and startups.

Fun Fact:

  • Once got a ticket for speeding on his mountain bike (in Washington, DC).
