Iterative Design Process
Naviscent is fundamentally different from every other design firm: we employ customer research and testing at every stage of our design process. Most design firms give lip service to research, but few ever manage to follow through. Naviscent employs a customer-centered iterative design process consisting of multiple cycles of Web design, prototyping and evaluation.

Holistic Methodology
Before we rebrand a site, we review all prior research and interview key stakeholders at your company. We must understand your business goals, your site visitors, and the current state of your branding strategy before we make any recommendations or changes. We might conduct ethnographic research, create customer profiles and personas, and conduct market research. Our design team uses this background to create a new online branding strategy and a set of design alternatives that we then test and retest with typical customers.
The research and testing that goes hand-in-hand with these designs ensures that what we create communicates the new branding strategy to your customers.
