Naviscent’s team is composed of industry leaders and highly experienced practitioners in the field of customer-centered web site design, research and development. Design Experience

Our designers are led by Douglas K. van Duyne, co-author of the best-selling “Web Design Bible”, The Design of Sites. Persona-based Design Experience

Naviscent is a design firm that employs scenario-based design. After conducting a program of ethnographic and survey-based research, we build scenarios by creating abstract personas describing typical site visitors, and creating storyboards of user activity based on task analysis.
