The position of Visual Designer includes but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Design very highly polished, clean and compelling visual interfaces for Web sites and Web applications
• Work closely with market and usability researchers to successfully meet project goals
• Provide input into client proposals, reports, and presentations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify and secure new opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and new prospects
• Serve as team leader as appropriate
• Travel as required to complete assigned projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Visual Design for Web Sites
• Experience with the customer-centered design process
• Bachelors or Masters in Fine Arts degree
• Proven knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to manage design projects
