Research Project Director
The position of Research Project Manager includes but is not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute market or usability research projects to successfully meet project goals
- Take responsibility for, and manage, primary client interface with and emphasis on project execution
- Prepare client proposals, reports, and presentations
- Conduct advanced analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data
- Demonstrate knowledge of clients’ industry issues in order to provide expertise
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify and secure new opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and new prospects
- Serve as team leader as appropriate
- Travel as required to complete assigned projects
Qualifications
- MBA Preferred - BA/BS in Marketing or related field required
- 7+ years experience in primary market research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to effectively lead a project team to successfully complete the project’s objectives
- Proven knowledge of various research tools
- Experience in new business development and proposal writing desired
- Ability to design and manage market and/or usability research projects
