Research Project Director

The position of Research Project Manager includes but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute market or usability research projects to successfully meet project goals
  • Take responsibility for, and manage, primary client interface with and emphasis on project execution
  • Prepare client proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct advanced analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data
  • Demonstrate knowledge of clients’ industry issues in order to provide expertise
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify and secure new opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and new prospects
  • Serve as team leader as appropriate
  • Travel as required to complete assigned projects

Qualifications

  • MBA Preferred - BA/BS in Marketing or related field required
  • 7+ years experience in primary market research
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Able to effectively lead a project team to successfully complete the project’s objectives
  • Proven knowledge of various research tools
  • Experience in new business development and proposal writing desired
  • Ability to design and manage market and/or usability research projects
