Market Researcher
The position of Market Researcher includes but is not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative market research studies
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute research projects to successfully meet project goals
- Source research participants and schedule research activities
- Manage statistical analysis
- Conduct advanced analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data
- Prepare client proposals, reports, and presentations
- Demonstrate knowledge of clients’ industry issues in order to provide expertise
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Serve as team leader as appropriate
- Travel as required to complete assigned projects
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or PhD Preferred
- 5+ years experience in market research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to effectively lead a project team to successfully complete the project’s objectives
- Proven knowledge of various research tools
- Experience in new business development and proposal writing desired
- Ability to design and manage usability research projects
