Design and Research Expertise
Naviscent is poles apart when compared to every other Web design or research firm: we use our extensive experience in design and research to provide customer-centered, proven solutions for Web site and Web application design problems. Most other firms only provide research or design, not both.
Naviscent was founded by Douglas K. van Duyne and George A. Papazian, previously CEO and COO respectively of NetRaker Corporation, a pioneer and success story in online market research and usability testing. Mr. van Duyne is also co-author of The Design of Sites, a best-selling “Web design bible”. Our research process is always tightly integrated with our design process in a customer-centered iterative approach.
Our research department’s comprehensive offerings include quantitative and qualitative research, conducted online and in-person, including usability studies, market research surveys, focus groups, ethnographic research, site exit research, polls, path analysis, and international research.
Local Presence
As a company with domestic resources, Naviscent becomes part of your team.
